Great news for Major Crimes fans in the UK! Universal Channel has announced that the winter episodes of season two, currently airing in the United States, will begin their run across the pond on Monday, January 13th at 9pm.
Major Crimes has been a strong performer in the UK, with its summer airing of the first part of season two building its audience to very nearly take the lead as the channel’s highest-rated program from perennial frontrunner Law and Order: Special Victims Unit.
Great news for UK Major Crimes fans!
TVwise is reporting that the Universal Channel UK will premiere season two of Major Crimes on August 5th, at 9pm.

Australian fans, finally some good news for you- Sharon Raydor is headed Down Under!
The Austrialian TV blog TVTonite is reporting that season one of Major Crimes will begin airing on the Nine Network starting Monday, May 20th at 9:30pm.
After an excruciatingly long delay, Major Crimes will finally be airing in the United Kingdom! The website TVWise is reporting that the Universal Channel has acquired the rights to both the first and upcoming second seasons of the show. With a tentative premiere date of April for season 1, it’s very possible UK fans will get to experience the first two seasons almost back-to-back, skipping over the long hiatus between seasons in the United States (season two is expected to air on TNT in summer, 2013).
Updated, 3/2/13- Major Crimes will premiere in the UK on Monday, March 18th at 10pm on the Universal Channel!
